These terms apply to all services provided by Apextra Property Care. By engaging us, you agree to the terms below. A tailored scope of works and pricing will be confirmed in writing before any engagement begins.
Quotes and scope
Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry and the scope agreed with you. Additional works outside the agreed scope may be charged separately with your approval.
Access and safety
You agree to provide safe, timely access to the property and to advise us of any hazards, security requirements or fragile items requiring special care.
Cancellations
We ask for reasonable notice for any cancellations or rescheduling so we can adjust our team's program. Specific terms will be confirmed with your service agreement.
Insurance
Apextra Property Care carries public liability insurance. Details are available on request.
Payment
Payment terms are set out on your invoice or service agreement. Please contact us if you have any questions before making payment.
